Transcription: Following the Challenger accident, there was a 20-month delay while NASA and various aerospace contractors corrected design flaws in the solid rocket boosters. On September 29, 1988, the space shuttle program resumed and the orbiter Endeavour was added to the fleet replacing Challenger.
